About SUNDT/PCL

In order to provide the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities (SLCDPU) with the best overall team, Sundt Construction, Inc. (Sundt) and PCL Construction, Inc. (PCL) formed Sundt/PCL, A Joint Venture (Sundt/PCL) to provide a team of builders with relevant experience for the New WRF Project. Sundt and PCL have a long and successful history of preconstruction and construction phase collaborations and have been working together on similar projects and roles for over 30 years.

Sundt/PCL, a Joint Venture, is seeking and encouraging qualified, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for all areas as listed below.

The participation goals for Minorities and Females are established as a percentage participation rate, expressed in percentage terms for the Sundt/PCL aggregate workforce in each trade on all construction work. The Goals for Females is a nationwide goal of 6.9%. The Goals for Minorities for the “economic area” of the Salt Lake City-Ogden, UT covered area and is 6.0%.
